Green Candidate for Portsmouth South starts Crowdfunding

7 February 2015

We are raising money to elect a Green Party MP for Portsmouth South in 2015, we need funds to pay for the deposit and for election materials. The Green Party are not funded by big business or millionaires, so we are looking for you to support Ian McCulloch to stand in the Portsmouth South Constituency and get a leaflet into every letter box in the constituency.

Nationally the LibDems spent £4.7m in 2010, the Green Party spent £325,000.  Anything you can afford will help to make a real difference in this election.  We have an opportunity for a great result here in Portsmouth South.

The Green Party stands for:

- providing genuinely affordable housing

- fair wages for all and reducing inequality

- tackling climate change and air pollution

- bringing back the railways into public hands and reversing the privatisation agenda

Thank you for any contribution that you can afford.

To donate, please click here.

If you pledge £50 or over, you must be on the electoral register - this is a requirement of donating to a political party. And you'll need to be on it to vote next year - register here if you're not. You must also be willing to provide us with your contact details and address.  This is required by the Electoral Commision.
